zend studio乱码要设置utf8

我们可以这样修改：
windows->preference->General->workplace,将右边的“text file encoding”修改为utf8格式
windows->preference->General->Editors->Text Editors->Spelling右边面板的Encoding里面将编码改为utf8格式
