将滚动条置顶,置底

 document.body.[scrollTop,clientHeight]  和  document.documentElement.[scrollTop,clientHeight] 的区别；

body是DOM对象里的body子节点，即 <body> 标签； 
documentElement 是整个节点树的根节点root，即<html> 标签


将div滚动条置底
    var scrollHeight = $("#elemId")[0].scrollHeight;
    var elemHeight = $("#elemId").height();
    $("#elemId").scrollTop(scrollHeight - divHeight);
