Eating garlic is my thing.

2.a thing or two　　懂得多

　　someone know a thing or two about....　　某人对...了解很多；某人非常擅长

He knows a thing or two about baseball.
他非常懂棒球

 

3.the real thing　　真货（相对于仿品，复制品）

The painting is the real thing.
这幅画是真的。
