Dragon Boat Festival

 In the middle of a misty valley surrounded by mountains, a village tranquilly stood here. A few roster crows loomed. Mountains in the distance sang happy songs by a flock of birds. It's time to get up to.prepare a big deal for forthcoming Dragon Boat Festival.The whole village woke up gradually.

AIl kinds of voices appeared instantly: the sound of a child slapping,the sound of urging and the sound of making breakfast. Lao Li's family seemed more swifter than others. Lao Li was the most experienced craftsman in the village .He were also responsible for producing biggest and most complicated dragon boat.After grabbing breakfast, Lao Li started to make dragon boat head. His daughter and son still ate breakfast."I also want to go dragon boating this year!" The little boy said loudly.He even stood up to imitate the gesture of going dragon boating."One ,two,one……"More and more excited, the little boy flushed quickly. The little girl was infected by her brother's excitement." I want……" Their mom restrained them from sticking this thought." You are so young that you can't bear its the weight of oar.Besides, it's dangerous for you two. " Hearing these sentences, the little boy desperately tried to prove a fact that he's strong. "Mom, you see, my hands are so powerful,and I can lift four buckets of water in the same time."He would take water bucket while he was saying.Mom thought it's just his son's mask.What surprised her was his son helped her fill tank for a short time. The little boy couldn't conceal his truly purpose,circling around his mom.The sound of chipping came from the backyard. At first it's consecutive, then became off and on. Subsequent sound was another frequency. while mom didn't allow the little boy to enter backyard lest Lao Li was interrupted. the little boy proficiently grasped the production procedure according to the sound. When the little boy concentrated on backyard noise, he gave mom a sense of maturity that wouldn't have appeared in a little boy.Mom smiled joyfully.The little boy had a flash of inspiration.
It's getting dark soon.Broad and deep sky winked at this village. The village revert to quietness.Most households were supping on. Lao Li's family had eaten supper. Lao Li was drinking alcohol alone, not because something annoyance but every thing was ready.The little boy disappeared suddenly .No one noticed that.It's until two children were gone."Lao Li, Do you see two children?""No. They must play out."Mom didn't follow up, slightly worried.
However, when mom finished all chores,there's no trace of two children. "Lao Li, two children still don't come back. We go out in search of them." They hurried out of the door. Lao Li tried his best to appease his wife,blaming himself without looking after two children.They went to the homes where the two children frequented the most. There was still no sign of them. Lao Li and his wife were anxious like ants on a hot pan More and more villagers joined them to search two children.Unfortunately, a flock of people searched them in the middle of the night but to no avail. Lao Li was almost crying let alone his wife almost fainted. The masses clustered around Lao Li's house, feeling empathetic when seeing this scene.Everyone's heart tangled tightly as if heir own children were lost.And there were people wiping tears secretly among them. The house plumbed the depth of sadness. There was no other sounds except sigh and sobbing voice. The last group of people also found nothing. The whole village was almost all turned upside down.Lao Li and his wife numbed with despair.
Suddenly Lao Li listened a weird sound. His wife quickly heard it. Filled with a ray of hope, they stood up carefully to discern the direction of sound. The masses didn't dare to come out for fear of interrupting them. AIl people quietly found the source of sound. But the sound was intermittent. Fortunately, Lao Li was sensitive to sound .He found the sound coming from Dragon boat.He rushed to look into in an instant. It's truly imagination that two children lying in it.For a moment Lao Li and his wife burst into tears.Two children tightly grabbed oar.
It's next morning when two children woke up .Lao Li changed his attitude and sternly criticized them." You shouldn't sneak to hide yourselves .All people in the village found you for several hours." Lao Li felt annoyed but worried. His wife also secretly wiped her tears nearby Lao Li. " I'm sorry,dad and mom .But I just want to practice dragon boat rowing. And I found a loose nail."The boy bowed his head and explained. The little girl
also stood up and explained to her brother. " My brother taught me how to use oar yesterday. And I have already learned how to use it." Hearing their word, Lao Li and his wife were proud of their children,but they required them to apologize villagers for their behaviors .
Annual dragon boat competition was successfully launched. What different from previous years was one young dragon boater on the field.There was another future dragon boater out of field.
