svn本地连接服务器失败,但是浏览器可以

tortoise svn无法连接到服务器，清空“Autherticate data”后，再进行更新，提交，log查看等操作，svn还是不提示输入用户名和密码，而是报：  

  1. error: Unable to connect to a repository at URL Error: Error running context: No connection could be made because the target machine Error: actively refused it.  

解决此问题方法，清空两个目录（我的电脑是win7-x64）即可:  

 
  1. C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\TortoiseSVN   
 
  1. C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Subversion
