我在澳洲，美国，英国都呆过，现在在英国

美 国优点是 物价低，税较低，房价低，工作机会多，但缺点是福利很少，工作压力大，假期少（是澳洲和欧洲的一般，一般美国人度假就是在本国转悠转悠，没办法假期短）， 最致命的是没有免费医疗，美国人很害怕失业，一旦失业，对他们来说简直就是致命的，你不敢想象在没有医疗保险的情况下，一旦生病，高昂的医疗费用会叫他们 破产，举个简单的理智，产子一般在发达国家都是免费的，可是在美国，在没有保险的情况下，一般需要5万美金，即使买了全家的医疗保险，一年保费至少全家要 2万美金，当然如果有工作，公司会负担一些，在美国拿绿卡是很痛苦的，一般需要7年到10年的等待期

欧洲和澳洲差不多，也是高福利高税收国家，有免费医疗，假期也多，欧洲比澳洲比优点在于物价低，工作机会多，高新的工作很多如金融，从长远发展来讲，楼主应该定位澳洲

 

If you wanna get a citizen or pr, aus is a good option. Being a citizen of aus, you may go back to US via E-3 working visa (priviledge of Australian Citizen),enjoying both career opportunities of US and welfare of Aus.
If money is the aim in a near future, then go on working in US or Hongkong.
Aus is a no-worries country. Its unique advantage is abundant  natural resources,compared to its small population.. different from US, Aus people are making money mainly through selling natural resources other than diligent working.So it is not an ideal place for young guys to find and crate new opportunities, but a heaven to retire or semi-retire.
So the answer is up to your mind. For me, I prefer to accumulate capital in China, which genuine  capitalism prevails. US is a career school , which makes me chase for the best.Aus will be my  boat, whenever you feel a little bit of tired, get on it to enjoy the essence of life.
