Status bar:

Notifications

  • If you want notifications, you will need:
sudo pacman -S libnotify notification-daemon
  • In the case of Tiling Window Managers, create this file:
sudo touch /usr/share/dbus-1/services/org.freedesktop.Notifications.service

And paste these:

[D-BUS Service]
Name=org.freedesktop.Notifications
Exec=/usr/lib/notification-daemon-1.0/notification-daemon
