Primary Skills (Must Have Skills) ? Good working knowledge of P&C insurance (personal lines, commercial lines, policy, coverage, claims, products, and billing)
? Have 3+ years experience with oracle/sql/BI
? Confirm and validate business requirements
? Document business requirements including those associated with analytic starter sets (good writing skills)
? Assist with source-to-target (S2T) data element mapping and associated business rules
? Assist with data source analysis and data profiling using any Analyzer tool and SQL as needed
? Rationalize multiple data element definitions and business terminology
? Work with the business to review and refine business definitions and S2T mappings
? Identify the business value for source data elements as needed and provide recommendations regarding what source data elements should be in scope along with their business priority
? Can dive into detail data analysis and understands the BI & insurance space
? In-depth understanding of insurance IT system implementations
? Can talk authoritatively about the P&C insurance with insight and out-of-box thinking
? Working closely with data architects in reviewing the data models and provide input to it
? Knowledge of Estimation techniques.
? Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential

Soft Skills:
? Good team player, good English  in both oral and writing(fluency in English is an advantage)
