have an ability to propose and define software test processes. Excellent team leadership, client interfacing, presentation and communication skills are necessary.  Will interact with the client / development team, be responsible for Test scope definition, Project Planning, Configuration Management, Estimation, Scheduling, Project Tracking, Status Reporting and demonstrating ROI to the client
