Responsibilities:
As the Ops Program Manager, the candidate will be responsible managing the health of online properties where responsibilities include accountable for planning and running the online services. The candidate will be accountable for working with various groups so they are aligned with the program objective, the business and technical direction of our products and services. The candidate is expected to:
collaborate with the product teams on service design and manageability features
analyze service metric data / trends to prioritize service improvement projects
evolve the performance, availability and support processes for each online service

Qualifications:
At least 3 years of proven technical project management experience, PMI certification preferred
At least 3 years of service management experience, ITIL certification preferred
exceptional communication and cross-team negotiation skills in English.
solid technical background on Microsoft''''''''''''''''s Windows Server System products (Windows, SQL, etc…) and Data Center infrastructure components (Servers, Networking, Storage,, etc…) preferably in an Internet environment
Internet portal and services experience is a plus
A BA/BS degree in Computer Science/Engineering, or equivalent experience, is required
