Responsibilities:

Develop/update training materials for current and new projects;
Develop agents, project knowledge evaluation tests and skill level;
Deliver training (new/refresh) via eLearning, classroom and virtual classroom training sessions;
Monitor agent training status;
Report training activities & results;
Monitor Knowledge Management System for training purposes;
Support 2nd level agents for technical escalations;
Requirements:

Strong IT background (OS, Application software, Networks & IT infrastructure)
At least 5+ years in customer service training experience with multi-national information technology companies;
Excellent presentation & communication skills;
Hands-on, can-do mentality;
Languages: Fluent English or Japanese;
Availability to travel abroad;
MCSE/MCP is a plus
