  • 下载plugins版本：http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html，当前最新版本

Download the Windows Flash Player 11.9 Plugin content debugger (for Netscape-compatible browsers) (EXE, 17.34MB)

  • 安装下载的版本，进入Chorme插件页面：chrome://plugins/
  • 找到“Adobe Flash Player (2 files) - 版本： 11,9,900,170”
  • 禁用Chorme自带的flash，刷新浏览器的Flash，Debug版本安装成功
