以前常用的一种加密解密方式使用Server.URLEncode()方法,但是在使用过程中发现这个方法仅仅只是可以对中文和英文字符进行加解密,遇到符号以及数字的时候则无效,往往一些重要字段都是以数字组成的,这样导致这个方法的实用性不是很强,下面是对字符串进行加密解密的另一种方法
