Where is the "dynamic"?

Just now I saw an article about the ESRI ArcGIS Image Server on Earth Imaging Journal. Its name is ArcGIS Image Server 9.2 Delivers Dynamic Image Distribution and Processing.

I was excited at the first glance of the title. It was the word "dynamic" or "dynamic image" that attracted me. Can the ArcGIS Server distribute geoimagery according to the temporal dimension? But when I have read it, I am disappointed. The word dynamic is not mentioned any more. And the advertisement (more exact than "article" I think) just talked about the capability of image processing and distribution in LAN. Maybe the capability is strong, I am not sure. But what I am sure is that it can't deliver "dynamic image" as the title declared.
