该方法可确保在collection元素个数发生变化时修改数组长度。
第一点:在遍历时核查是否有下一个元素,如果没有下一个元素,则将当前的长度进行返回。
第二点:复制完之后核查是否有下一个元素,然后进行扩容,然后再继续复制,并最后截取多分配的长度。
