dell诊断工具Dell EMC SupportAssist Enterprise安装

有台dell的机器经常无故重启，准备用诊断工具诊断下

之前的DSET工具dell官方不提供了，推荐使用Dell EMC SupportAssist Enterprise

下载地址：

chmod +x SupportAssistEnterprise_2.0.0.53.bin
./SupportAssistEnterprise_2.0.0.53.bin

提示Net-SNMP需要安装

yum install net-snmp* -y 

 

访问页面没有响应，查看日志，发现端口9099被占用

日志位置：/opt/dell/supportassist/logs/applicatiopn.log

将config目录，配置文件中的9099和2424端口改成其他未使用的端口

重启服务

依然失败，后续研究中
