Android的WebView加载的Html输入框被手机键盘挡住解决

只需要两步：
1. 在WebView包裹一层LinearLayout；
2. 调用下面的代码
3. 如果还未解决，可以在界面的根布局加一句android:fitsSystemWindows=”true”
