统计物理学 Statistical Physics
语言正变得越来越廉价。
物理学家薛定谔有幸与爱因斯坦生活在同一时代。爱因斯坦发现质量并非恒定不变,而是原子中能量 / 热力学的体现,由此提出了公式:
\(E=mc^2(能量 = 质量 × 光速 ²)\)
经典物理学之所以依然成立,源于对大量原子的统计分析,或是量子相对论。
薛定谔生活在 “读书成本高昂” 的年代,他也撰写了一本统计物理学领域的著作 ——《生命是什么?》。他是一位关于人类命运的决定论者。
现代前沿生物学正是运用了统计物理学这把 “钥匙”。
然而,传统的物理分析已无法满足许多生物系统建模的需求。于是人们开始借助人工智能(AI)。
在生物学领域,AI 比经典物理学方法更为精准,因为生物学本身比经典物理学更侧重于统计分析。
但 AI 缺乏可解释性。或许生物学问题本身就难以用明确的逻辑解释,但我们仍然应该学习一些物理学 —— 因为每个人都应该学,而且物理学更容易解释清楚。
补充说明:
量子相对论: 量子力学与相对论是现代物理的两大支柱,二者尚未完全统一,“量子相对论” 并非标准物理学概念。
书名规范:《What Is Life?》是薛定谔 1944 年的经典著作,中译通用名为《生命是什么?》。
术语统一:“Statistical Physics” 译为 “统计物理学”,是研究大量粒子系统统计规律的物理学分支,也是连接物理与生物、化学等学科的重要桥梁。

Schrödinger, a physicist who is lucky to live with the Einstein, who found Mass is not a constant but is the Energy/Thermodynamics in the atoms so we have:

The fact that the Classical is still established originating from the statistical analysis of a large of atoms or the Relativity of Quantum.
Lived in the history which ARE EXPENSIVE TO READ A BOOK, Schrödinger also wrote a book, WHAT IS LIFE?, in Statistical Physics. He is a determinist about the destiny of Human.
Modern Frontier Biology, just used the key of Statistical Physics.
However, traditional physical analysis can no longer meet the needs of many biological system modeling. So people start to use AI.
Which is much more accurate than the Classical in Biology because Biology is a more statistical analysis than Classical.
But it lacks the interpretability. Perhaps biological problems themselves are inexplicable, but we still should learn some Physics, because EVERYONE SHOULD and it's simpler to be explained.
