Reflection

１.  ①First of all, we started to rewrite our story with different views after we choosing our story. Then we read our story together and decided to resort to the essay that uses the first person point of view. In the process of rewriting story, I think the most difficult is how to balance showing and telling.
② After finishing these steps, we began to arrange task for everyone. One person was respondible for bubbling. The next person in charge of polishing our essay. And I took charge of video editing. Then I was going to find video materials on various website.
③There are many setbacks in the process of video editing. The first was collecting material. I had to clip small segments of the video according to our essay. This is a boring and troublesome matter. The second is choosing music, I need to find some .
２.When I first started working on this assignment, I felt extremely happy and excited because it was a very innovative writing task. I think the most challenging part was incorporating my classmate's voiceover into the video. At first, there was a problem of the picture not matching the audio, which made me feel a bit frustrated. Compared with traditional writing, digital writing allows students to exercise more skills and gives them more opportunities to showcase their talents, such as voice acting and the ability to use video editing tools.
３.I have learned how to edit videos, including finding materials, selecting music, and synchronizing the clips to the beat. This task has made me realize that multimodal writing is a rather comprehensive assignment, which can help us develop a wide range of skills. At the same time, when completing this task, we need to have the ability of overall planning and coordination so that we can present the work at a higher overall level.
４.At first, I thought this was a very challenging task because there were many things that we had never dealt with before. With every step I took in video editing, I felt proud of myself. I was actually able to patiently search for more than a dozen pieces of background music and incorporate dozens of audio clips into the video. I was really delighted when I completed this huge project.
