Windows使用PyTorch遇到RuntimeError: Unable to find a valid cuDNN algorithm to run convolution的解决方案

PyTorch在Windows上的cuDNN实现有问题才会导致这个错误，解决方法是禁用cuDNN滚回旧实现上

torch.backends.cudnn.enabled = False

用这个也行torch.backends.cudnn.benchmark = True.
