更新 C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Config\machine.config 中的 <system.web> 节点

<processModel autoConfig="true"/>

修改为

<processModel autoConfig="false" minIoThreads="250" />

改完重启服务器或iis
