An error message cannot be displayed because an optional resource assembly containing it cannot be found 异常问题处理

由于.NET Compact Framework为了节省资源，有些异常描述信息没有在标准安装包里面，需要另外安装才能显示异常信息。如果没有安装异常信息描述包，我们会得到下面的异常

An error message cannot be displayed because an optional resource assembly containing it cannot be found

“无法显示错误消息，原因是无法找到包含此错误消息的可选资源程序集”

解决方法是在Windows Mobile或者Windows Embedded CE设备上为相应的语言安装相应的资源描述信息，例如英文版本安装
