光调制度

光调制度，或叫做光调制指数（OMI，optical modulation index），光调制深度（OMD，optical modulation depth）。

与电信号上用到的调制度（modulation depth）概念类似。

 

定义有：M=Delta Input Current（Ip-p）/（Bias Current（Ibias）-Ith
