Dual Messengers on iDevice

Have you guys heard about "Dual Messengers" on iDevice as below pic? A friend of mine Angel she's been using "Dual Messengers" on her iPhone for a long time.

"Dual Messengers" supports several IMs such as Telegram,WhatsApp,WeChat, etc. as below pic. Don't worry about the privacy and "Dual Messengers" provide you with Passcode protection as below pic. Input correct passcode is a must and so that you could enter the interface of "Dual Messengers".

 
Take Telegram for example, she got two Telegram on her iPhone. The original one and the second one in "Dual Messengers". She showed me what's inside the second one as below pic.

Below is her second WhatsApp. I asked her what's the purpose of those second one IMs? She smiled but did not reply.

Imagine that the suspect use IMs such as WhatsApp for normal socail life, and also got the second one in "Dual Messengers" for communication with his/her partners in crime. Could mobile forensic tools identify more than one WhatsApp on suspect's iPhone?
