Business English: How to make a good presentation about your products?

Step 1: Good Start. (Be polite.Brief content.)

　　　　You can start your presentation like this,

　　　　"Good morning,everyone. It's my pleasure to introduce some new products to you.The first one is..."

　　　　"Ladies and Gentlemen, Welcome to our introduction of new product.Here are two products that I want to introduce to you.It's ...."

 

Step 2: Summary the product.

　　　　We always use a sentence to describe the overall about the product.

　　　　"This is a stylish smart mobile phone."

　　　　Here we review some expression rules about how to describe some product.

　　　　Here is the sequence. Opinion+Size+Sharp+Color+Origin+Material+Product

　　　　ex. "It's a lovely small squarer white Japanese Steel CD-Player in good condition."

 

Step 3: Expand the detail information afterward.

 　　   "This product is made in China.It's Pocket-Size,very cabinet."

　　　　"The mobile phone was used for more than 5 years. You can see, It's still in good condition, very high-quality."

 

Step 4: End your presentation.

　　　　"My representation is finished.Thank you."

　　　　"Thanks again for your attention."

 

Tips:

　　a. The speed of your voice can be controlled.When you introduce some unique selling points(USPs), please slow down your speed and  higher your voice.Make sure it's been emphasize in your representation.

    b. During the representation, please do not ignore the eye contact with your audience. Get a good preparation,when you do the representation, face the audience and contact them with your eyes,smile,expressions.Be confident and be nice.

    c. Find your unique selling points.
