访问workspace报错：

Unable to initialize chat services. Please refresh the browser to try again. If this continues, have your administrator contact Microsoft Support with client session ID: 585b0f47-30e1-439a-80a0-26413a7d6a91.

 

虽然当前用户给了系统管理员，后来将用户给下面的安全角色，就解决了问题：
