ADFS安装之后，Plugin工具连不上，报The authentication endpoint Username was not found on the configured Secure Token Service!错误

最终处理办法：

1、管理员模式打开控制台执行命令：Set-ADFSProperties –nettcpport 809 

2、重启ADFS服务
