Mac install omicverse second time

安装老版本的omicverse后发现scvelo module缺少，
再单独安装scvelo，更新了一些包后ov不能用了，于是重新安装！幸好mac的conda安装非常友好
按照安装文档https://omicverse.readthedocs.io/en/latest/Installation_guild/#4-after-the-installation-of-pytorch-we-can-start-to-install-omicverse-by-pip
纯按照M1 M2芯片安装部分，不要混合不同安装方法，会有包conflict
只是omicverse版本要指定，
conda create -n omicverse_2 python=3.9
conda activate omicverse_2
pip install omicverse==1.5.0
conda install pytorch::pytorch torchvision torchaudio -c pytorch

进入python import ov 报错
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'chardet'
补装一个pip install chardet
