解决Ubuntu双击打开 txt 中文乱码（gedit）

输入gconf-editor 打开配置编辑器

展开“/apps/gedit-2/preferences/encodings/”
编辑右侧的“auto_detected”
添加一项“GB18030”并放到最顶上。
