通过地址传递中文乱码问题

解决

1.对于变量进行encodeURL编码，注意这里编码需要进行两次编码

content:'location'+location+''？content='+encodeURI(encodeURI(jyryContent))　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

然后再前端对传递的变量进行解码

var jyryContent = decodeURI(getParms("content"));
