关于Oh-My-Posh 中文乱码问题

由于在Oh-My-Posh V3.113.0 中，作者加入新特性：pwsh: force session to UTF8 (ce5a9d6)，强制使用UTF-8编码，会使原先GBK编码输出的汉字乱码。

解决方法：

安装时指定之前的版本：

Install-Module oh-my-posh -RequiredVersion 3.112.1 -Scope CurrentUser
