measurement 第一课，老师是做 超声波之类的研究的。我还是做试试能不能有个地方让我做电源，这个好找事儿做。RF课的课设最难的课题是无线充电，到时候看看。

Wireless - lec 2 linearity

昨天已经了解了线性系统和非线性系统的含义。

今天往后具体看到了 non-linearities in wireless systems，第五页ppt提到了两种memory effect。

第一种：Bias network induced memory effect。

简单讲是之前的输入影响了之后的增益。因为在power amplifier里，输入电压影响supply current，因为inductance的存在，Vdrain就改变了，从而增益改变

第二种：thermal memory effect

Power dissipation in the power amplifier varies with input signal, which cause changes in temperature.

Since temperature changes slowly, the circuit remembers previous operating conditions.

常在PA前面加DPD，digital predistortion，用来补偿PA非线性。

复习一下BJT的电流公式

后面还涉及到BJT差分电路，我忘记怎么推了，Gray的书里有。
