阿里短信服务

所有云平台短信服务不再向个人开放了.....

使用前导入相关开发包

引入的jar包会导致，不过没什么影响

java.io.FileNotFoundException: F:\m2\com\sun\xml\bind\jaxb-impl\2.1\jaxb1-impl.jar (系统找不到指定的文件。)
