TFS 异常处理------API tfs User or role 'TFSEXECROLE' does not exist in this database.

使用API调用QueueCreateCollection去创建tfs collection 返回The collection servicing job did not succeed.

查询TFS的Logs中：[error]:tfs User or role 'TFSEXECROLE' does not exist in this database.

原因是TFS的管理员不在SQL的sysadmin中，将TFS的管理员帐号添加到SQL中的sysadmin中，问题解决
