Scrum Meeting 20170102

不知不觉一年就过去了，过去的这一年(x 其实是一周）里用户给我们提供了许多反馈意见（内部Release后）

过去的这一周大家主要的目标是修复bug，由于Scrum Master同学急性肠胃炎导致停开了好几天Scrum Meeting（没有PM你们就不干活了吗！）

下面是我们收集的一些用户反馈，非常感谢这些同学的反馈与建议：

• Thanks for sharing, your application seems interesting. I find that when I click two recorders simultaneously, it will just record together. I think maybe it should forbid such act and give users some notice.
• Thank you for crafting such a wonderful tool for practicing English pronunciation!
  I was very excited to try out the dubbing functionalities, and the UI was beautiful and easy-to-use,
  but when I tried to record my voice, I was prompted with a message box telling me that a “permission denied” error occurred…

Some info about the environment:

1. Phone Model: Huawei Honor V8
2. Operating System: Android 7.0
3. WeChat Version: 6.5.3

If you need my phone to reproduce the error, I would like to offer that to you.

One little suggestion:
The logic for entering the dubbing page is a bit unclear. It might be better if a separate “Start Dubbing” button exist somewhere near the video.

I believe the error is due to the restriction from the WeChat team, and your product is still very impressive!
I’m looking forward to the day when the dubbing module is finally added to XiaoYing!

• User report:

1. Maybe the test account on WeChat comes with some problems that I can’t complete the dubbing. Once the dubbing finished, there is an error as following:
2. I think the UI of the button is out of order.
   

• if I click the submission button, it will result an error page:
  

• I am using your subscription, and I have finished the second step, but in the third step, I just see ‘配音页面’，the four word, and the white screen. When I scan QR code again, it’s still the same .

• 1. I think it takes a bit long time when page jumps. Sometimes it is just empty. 2. A video with subtitles maybe better.

接下来的这个Sprint PM同学安排了新的任务：

• @Hangbo Bao修复bug，维护微信公众号的稳定（大部分问题都来源于这里）
• @Shuang Chen 和 @Qian 主要开发新的feature 与 性能优化等
• @Yutai Hou 和 @Shaoshuai Shi主要负责收集用户反馈，提供一些修改意见
