Qualifications:

• Prior professional experience writing code in C or C++ or C# in a Windows environment (not UNIX or other OS).
• Passionate about testing, has good testing aptitude.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Detail-oriented thinking, can investigate bugs thoroughly.
• Can write test plans and generate test cases.
• Passionate about pleasing end user customers and feels strongly about providing them a superior end-to-end experience;
• can advocate potential customer concerns and issues to others on the dev team.

 

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with C#, and various Microsoft web server technologies such as IIS, ASP.NET, and SQL.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other Engineering / technical degree.

 

职位二：PM

 

 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experiences on program management in IT industry
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in both Chinese and English
• Excellent analytical, conceptual, planning and project management abilities
• Strong cross-group collaboration and partnering skills
• Passion for driving customer satisfaction, building loyalty, and a strong drive for results
• Ability to see the big picture/goal and continuously drive to accomplish it without overlooking the details
• Comfort working under deadlines, producing key deliverables, and presenting in front of diverse audiences
• Working independently to manage complex project schedules and solve complex problems

 

Preferred Skills:

• Web analytics / market research experience preferred
• Web project experience
• Knowledge of business processes like contracting, licensing
• Professional English language background
