MySQL 8.0 Public Key Retrieval is not allowed 错误的解决方法

在使用mysql8.0时，如果重启服务，会报如下错误：
com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.MySQLNonTransientConnectionException: Public Key Retrieval is not allowed
最简单的解决方法是在连接后面添加 allowPublicKeyRetrieval=true
