1、进到Windows防火墙 高级设置

2、出站规则---->新建规则

3、自定义  下一步

4、所有程序--->下一步

5、ICMPv4 ----自定义

6、勾选对应的选项  ---> 确定  ---> 下一步

7、下一步

8、阻止连接  ---> 下一步

9、下一步

10、完成
