Anjuta debugging

Once you install Anjuta, you need to enable the debugger first.
- From the main menu, select Edit/Preferences.
- Choose "General" in the left pane.
- Select the "installed plugins" tab.
- Check the checkbox in front of "Debugger - Debug Manager Plugin".
