地形大小:4097*4097
采用类似于chuncked quadtree的结构
每个chunck的大小:17*17
VC6.0+OPENGL渲染
使用triangle strip 和 VBO提高性能

使用纹理FPS:83           8440K triangles/second
WireFrame FPS: 29        2960K triangles/second
