html5proxy_base_url  --  proxy（spicehtml5proxy）节点的IP

server_proxyclient_address  --  openstack-nova-spicehtml5proxy服务所执行在的主机的IP

chkconfig openstack-nova-spicehtml5proxy on
chkconfig  openstack-nova-novncproxy off

openstack-service restart

/etc/init.d/openstack-nova-compute restart

重新启动nova相关服务，重新启动openstack-nova-spicehtml5proxy服务，重新启动httpd服务,重新启动libvirtd，是在不行就重新启动机器。
