海外客户发来一句“Need a luxury entrance door”，国内外贸公司如果直接转给十家工厂问价格，得到的通常不是十个可比报价，而是十套完全不同的假设。

生产周期要写清从定金到账、图纸确认还是材料确认开始计算；质保也要区分门体、饰面、五金、智能锁和安装责任，避免只写一个笼统年限。

七、可直接发给客户的英文询问信

To prepare an accurate quotation and technical proposal, please provide the project location, door opening dimensions, wall thickness, opening direction, reference design, required hardware, local performance standard, delivery address and installation responsibility.

The final quotation will be based on the approved shop drawing, bill of materials, hardware schedule, packing plan and agreed inspection items. Product names such as thermal-break or cabin-style door do not replace project-specific test or compliance requirements.

八、收到报价后怎么横向比较

不要只比较总价，至少把报价拆成：

• glass；
• packing；
• inland transport；
• installation support；
• spare parts；
• warranty responsibility。

字段统一后，真正有生产和技术确认能力的供应商会更容易被识别，纯粹用低价吸引询盘的报价也会更快暴露缺项。
