解决办法：

关掉“FQ软件”！！！ FanQiang软件，我的是下面这个：

备注：
有时候也会引起浏览器访问网络失败（类似访问代理服务器失败啥的）！关掉再打开，或者打开再关掉FanQiang软件就可以了！
