AnnotationConfigApplicationContext ad has not been refreshed yet 报错

踩坑，这个报错几次后，报错提示端口占用，但是服务明明没启动，也没有启动占用该端口的服务，更改端口后依然报错端口占用

可能是这样的，启动多次springboot项目后导致该springboot项目已经存在电脑内存中，idea上面关掉项目并不能杀死该程序

解决办法：cmd 查询电脑端口占用，找到占用该端口的程序pid杀死该程序。
