注册时，在打开的License Activation窗口中选择“License server”，在输入框输入下面的网址：

如果提示：
①进入 C:\windows\system32\drivers\etc
②打开hosts文件，并加入： 0.0.0.0 account.jetbrains.com 之后保存，再去激活就可以了
