在给elasticsearch安装head插件时，npm install 版本不匹配

 

https://nodejs.org/dist/latest-v8.x/  

https://nodejs.org/dist/latest-v8.x/node-v8.17.0-darwin-x64.tar.gz

 虽然也报错，但  http://localhost:9100/ 可以正常访问到 ，后续在研究为啥报错吧
