Django迁移数据库表报错AttributeError: 'str' object has no attribute 'decode'解决方案

在文件/Users/xxx/PYTHONWORKSPACE/ProjectManage/PM/lib/python3.7/site-packages/django/db/backends/mysql/operations.py中在如下图代码中query与decode之间加上encode('utf-8')即可
