罕见的安装错误提示！

早上拿到了光盘，里面有：
Microsoft Visual Studio Tools for the Microsoft Office System
Microsoft Office Access 2003 Developer Extensions
有盘就装吧，结果还真旋了，安装第一个的时候说：
Before you install this product , you must install a maching regional language
 version of Visual Studio .net 2003 or Visual Basic .net 2003 standard.
按下OK后，安装就中止了。
我的环境：
Windows XP with SP2 (en)
VS.net 2003 enterprise (chs)
VS.net 2005 beta 2 (en)
Office 2003 (en)
语言环境不行啊...有没有解决办法呢？

幸好office access 2003 developer extensions还能装上。简单看了一下：
