The Silent Revenge

Xiao Hong stood at the school gate of No. 5 High School, her heart pounding. Five years ago, her mother, a cleaning lady here, had been wronged by Teacher Wang. The next Monday, Xiao Hong handed the principal all the evidence—photos, recordings, and even a video of Wang taking bribes. The principal looked serious. "We’ll deal with it," he said.

Two days later, Wang was fired. When he walked out of the school, many students watched silently. Xiao Hong stood in her classroom, looking at the cheering kids. Her mother’s face appeared in her mind.She began to laugh with relief, and the bad man was finally punished.
