ActionFilter的多种实现
1. 通过实现IActionFilter接口来完成扩展
2. 通过继承ActionFilterAttribute（系统提供的实现），根据自己的需要，覆盖不用的方法。
3. 异步版本的实现。通过实现IAsyncActionFilter接口来实现
